Your system can be configured for on-site programming only, or setup with cloud and remote management services for access from anywhere. We offer flat rate monthly fees, or you can pay only for the services you use. Our systems are designed from the ground up to be flexible, allowing you to change your preferences at any time.

 There are circumstances where clients find our remote management services to be particularly helpful. Property management companies often have us manage access credentials for multi-tenant commercial and residential buildings, using our experience to assure the system database is properly maintained. Others manage day-to-day credential updates themselves while utilizing our expertise to program more complex scheduling and access level parameters. In buildings with multiple commercial tenants, you can hand over programming to individual businesses that require direct control over their own space, while we continue to manage clients with more basic needs. Having Versatech’s staff manage the system for you means you won’t need to train a staff member to use a new software platform, or find yourself scrambling when that employee is off work and an urgent change is required.
